Responsible Gambling
Gambling can cause financial difficulties, strain relationships and lead to addiction. It is not a reliable way to make money. A win is never guaranteed, even after a series of losses.
Set Limits on Money and Time
Decide on your budget and maximum playing time before you gamble. Never use money you need for rent, bills or other essentials. Loans and borrowed money are not a gambling budget.
Taking regular breaks helps you keep track of the time you spend playing. Gambling more is no guarantee of recovering money you’ve lost.
Recognise the Warning Signs
Gambling may be becoming a problem if you hide your stakes or time spent playing, neglect responsibilities or borrow money to keep gambling. Feeling compelled to win back losses immediately is another warning sign.
You can seek advice even if you’re unsure whether your gambling has become an addiction. Support is also available for family members and others close to you.
Gambling Breaks and Self-Exclusion
You can request a gambling break or self-exclusion from Casoola by contacting [email protected]. Clearly state that you want your account access restricted because of your gambling behaviour. You must tell support about any other accounts you already have.
You may not open a new account while an exclusion is active. Changing your password or device does not lift the restriction.
